Acceptable use

Permission-based email

Send only to people who have agreed to receive your email. We prohibit purchased lists, cold outreach to scraped addresses, deceptive content, phishing and malware. Do not impersonate another sender or misrepresent the purpose of a message.

Inbound and forwarding

Do not use inbound reception or forwarding to receive or relay unauthorized mail. Forwarding destinations must be mailboxes you are entitled to use.

Unsubscribe and suppression

Marketing mail must include a working unsubscribe mechanism. Respect unsubscribe requests, complaints and suppression lists. Do not evade suppression by creating new accounts or changing domains.

Sending health

A bounce rate above 5% or complaint rate above 0.3% can trigger automatic downgrade. The breaker evaluates the preceding 24 hours once at least 50 nonfailed messages exist; it does not trigger twice within 24 hours. A further breach within 30 days suspends the account. Healthy volume is assessed separately for tier upgrades.

Enforcement

We may suspend accounts and clear queued messages for violations, abuse or threats to the service. Contact us to discuss a suspected error or remediation before resuming sending.
